Successful inspection of unpiggable loading lines using state-of-the-art ILI technology

PIPECARE successfully cleaned and inspected strategic crude oil loading lines in the UAE that were previously classified as unpiggable due to their complex geometry and operational constraints.

The project involved a progressive cleaning campaign followed by deployment of advanced ILI technology specifically configured for the pipeline's unique characteristics. The inspection provided the operator with comprehensive integrity data for the first time, supporting maintenance planning and extending the safe operational life of these critical assets.
